01What is a shipping mark?
A short code that belongs only to you, such as KC7H2K. Your supplier writes it on the outside of every carton. When the carton reaches our Guangzhou warehouse, the mark tells us it's yours.
02How is air freight priced?
By weight. Normal air is $13 per kg (7–10 days), Express is $18.50 per kg (2–3 days), and battery goods are $18.50 per kg. Anything under 1 kg is billed at 1 kg.
03How is sea freight priced?
By volume, in cubic metres (CBM). Multiply length × width × height in centimetres and divide by 1,000,000 for one carton. Ask the desk for today's rate per CBM. Sea takes 45–60 days to Tema.
04When do I pay?
After the warehouse weighs or measures your goods, we issue an invoice in dollars and cedis. The price is locked at that moment, so a later rate change doesn't affect it.
05How can I pay?
Mobile Money, cash at the office, or bank transfer. Every payment shows on your account statement.
06Can you ship goods with batteries?
Yes, by air at the battery goods rate of $18.50 per kg. Tell us in your pre-alert so the warehouse handles it correctly.
07How do I track my parcel?
Sign in to see every parcel live, or use the public tracking page with your King Cargo parcel code or the seller's tracking number.
